Booking Procedure

All lessons need to be booked and paid for in advance. Lessons get booked up very quickly and numbers are limited. Please fully read the T&Cs below before booking.

To book a lesson please follow these step by step instructions;

 

  • Message 07821 298 932 / contact us on social media to check availability. Please message during business hours only (8am-8pm)

  • You will be informed if a space is available. We keep your place available until midnight that day. You have until midnight to make payment via the PayPal links below or we can send bank transfer details. Do not sent payment without checking availability first.

  • If making payment via PayPal, please confirm the payment. Click activity. Find the original payment for the course/class click Confirm Receipt. Click Yes to confirm the order.  

  • Please use your first name and initial of your second name and the date of your class as the booking reference eg AnnaS15/01/18

  • Once you have made the transfer please message 07821298932 /contact us on social media to notify us that payment has been made. 

  • You will then receive a message to confirm that your booking has been made.

  • Print and complete a PARQ form or complete on arrival to your lesson.

Private lesson £35.00

Pole Course £60.00

Booking Terms & Conditions 

  • All payments are NON refundable and NON transferable. This includes courses, pole lessons, private lessons, feature classes and workshops.

  • Payment is to be made by bank transfer or Paypal. 

  • Full payment is required in advance for courses.  Please check course dates carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or catch-up lessons for any missed classes. 

  • Do not just transfer money without first checking availability. Please follow the whole booing procedure each time. If you turn up and are not on the booking list then you will be turned away without refund. 

  • Bookings can be made a maximum of 4 weeks in advance.

  • Places cannot be held or reserved. We will hold your space until midnight on the day of enquiry. If payment has not been made by the midnight cutoff then you will need to start the booking procedure again.

  • The booking procedure means that we can guarantee that class numbers will be small with no more than 3 sharing a pole.

  • Should you have a holiday or other engagement but you wish to keep your space in lessons. Please book and pay for your first class back to secure a lesson on your return.

  • York Pole Dance Academy reserve the right to cancel and change classes at any time. If we cancel or change your class then a full refund will be issued 

  • When you make a booking you agree that you have read, understood and agree to our class etiquette, health & safety regulations and booking T&Cs.

  • We do not issue refunds should you be turned away from class due to non compliance to the lesson etiquette & health & safety regulations. Please read these carefully.
